Jeff Glover led sessions for both our youth BJJ students and adult practitioners, making this event truly inclusive for the entire martial arts family.
For the Kids:
Jeff focused on life skills through martial arts, sharing stories about discipline, focus, confidence, and respect. He rolled with the kids, answered their questions, and inspired them with personal anecdotes that emphasized mindset over mechanics.
